Next Realm AI Announces Quantum Computing Infrastructure Development with Data Lair

NEW YORK — Next Realm AI, an AI research and consulting firm focused on machine learning applications and emerging technology integration, announced its strategic initiative to build quantum computing infrastructure through two complementary projects: Data Lair (LAIR) and Quantum Meow (QMEOW).

Data Lair is being developed with dual focus areas that address critical needs in next-generation computing. The first addresses quantum computing’s persistent memory challenge, where quantum processing units lack memory retention after task execution.

Our goal is to store quantum runtime data in classical GPU memory utilizing NVIDIA CUDA-Q, creating a quantum-classical bridge that operates above hardware platforms from IBM Quantum, Quantinuum, and other leading quantum hardware providers. This approach enables quantum computations to maintain state and continuity across processing cycles.

Additionally, Data Lair will facilitate AI agent operations utilizing x402 protocol for blockchain-based payments and decentralized resource management across distributed computing environments.

Quantum Meow will manage quantum agents directly above quantum hardware layer, handling workflow coordination, resource optimization, and runtime management through Qiskit code. This creates an intelligent control plane for quantum operations, enabling efficient task scheduling and execution monitoring.

Each project maintains separate focus areas and tokenomics to reflect their distinct value propositions: Quantum Meow addresses quantum computing infrastructure and agent management, while Data Lair tackles both quantum memory solutions and AI agent orchestration. Both projects will operate with their own dedicated development teams under Next Realm AI’s centralized project management framework, allowing specialized development paths while maintaining strategic alignment.

Next Realm AI recently hosted IBM Qiskit Fall Fest at Columbia University, featuring representatives from IBM Quantum and Quantinuum. While in early stage of development, our initial target sectors will include financial services optimization, biotech research, and drug discovery companies where quantum advantages show near-term promise.
